First of all congratulations.
A helpful hint for the sores. Get some over the counter L-Lysine 500mg. When you first start feeling the tingling that usually occurs when the ulcers are starting, take 2 tablets in the morning and then 2 at night. I have been doing this for more years than I care to think about and it will usually stop the ulcers from progressing. Instead of the 10 days to 2 weeks duration, you may find they only last a week or less and are less painful. Take them like this until the ulcer disappears.
