You've got the physical part handled. Now to get past all the social and habitual rituals... That was hard for me. So many reminders of smoking. I had been without smokes for ten years when I had occasion to eat a piece of coconut cream pie - a desert I hadn't been near for 20 years (my wife is allergic). The first delightful bite INSTANTLY made me want a smoke. I couldn't believe it! Funny how that association/memory stuck with me all those years.

SCC BOT, mets to neck, T4. From 3/03: 10wks daily multi-drug chemo, Then daily chemo with twice daily IMRT for 12 weeks - week on, week off. No surgery. New lung primary 12/07. Searching out tx options.
