(mentioned on page 5) So perhaps this may not be so uncommon? Reading up on it there does seem to be lots of discussion about what the best way of treating oropharyngeal cancers some arguing for less toxic chemo drugs, other arguing for RT alone if certain features are present. In any case it's definitely something to discuss with the oncologist. Thank you all for the responses, if anyone else could chime in with some knowledge or experience it'd be greatly appreciated.
