Is the pain mostly on the left side? It appears that is where most of the surgery was done. Is he real anxious and nervous about everything? What happens when he uses heat where it is tight?
From the sig, I am a little confused. Maybe the year should be 2014. I see 2012 for the radiation. Not doing stretches for 2 months this soon after treatment is something that can make the scar tissue/fibrosis start growing and connecting quickly. Do you have access to PT where you are now?
