The muscle wasting and many things like bladder and bowel control, even digestive motility issues are clinical signs that present with the regular aging process. I have not only broken that cycle, I have reversed aging, according to clinical presentation. I am in a mad dash figuring out how to address the cardiovascular disease aspect before it kills me. It takes a lot more blood flow than stretching, based on how advanced my particular case is.
