I have to agree with you - simple exercise, such as walking, makes a world of difference. What was happening to the BP meds is that because my BP fluctuates so wildly that, even if it is high, that only lasts for 15 minutes or less, so as long was I don't have another stroke. Taking the meds would almost always overcompensate and cause my BP to crash.
