Hi Gary,

I took Metroprolol (50mg x2)after my 1st heart attack and bypass surgery. I personally didn't care for the side effects which were some dizziness/fatigue and being a beta blocker, it put a hard ceiling on heart rate/activities. I'm also on Lisinopril (5mg x1). My cardiologist eventually switched me over to a low dose Carvedilol (3.125mg x2) which I've had no issues with.
