I found exercise to be the best thing. I'm on Pentoxyfilline again and now I am getting blood into the brain stem area, I am seeing the heart rate and blood pressure modulate. 8 days ago I couldn't walk the length of the driveway but back to 2 miles a day. It's been like this since around 2009.
