OP "OCF Down Under" Contributing Member (25+ posts) Joined: Apr 2014 Posts: 40 | Cheryl he is having 4x a week chemo and 5x rads and the drug is cisplatin. The doctor prescribed 4x chemo per week instead of once thinking he might handle it better to get it in small doses plus getting a drip as well.
Thank you for all your input. I am feeling so anxious and it's not even me who is getting the treatment. Hoping I've got it all organised �
Will watch out regarding hearing loss, dehydration and constipation.
Here we are, one day to go until treatment starts. Time flies.
