Joined: Jun 2007 Posts: 10,507 Likes: 7 | The weakness and numbness is likely due to the neck dissection. Many of us have issues with the side we have had that done. Many cant properly lift their arm on the surgery side.
Keep up the good work with relearning how to eat. It takes extra time when chewing carefully. Best wishes with your recovery.
