"OCF Canuck" Platinum Member (300+ posts) Joined: Sep 2012 Posts: 381 | The trick I used was to coat the pills in something slippery - a little bit of butter or some olive oil works - it avoids them starting to dissolve and stick. Coat it and stick the pill back as far as you can, then take a sip of water. It sounds gross but you can't taste it anyway and it slips right down.
