For the past few weeks I've been starting to think that I have oral cancer. Two weeks ago a small bump appeared in behind my wisdom tooth. It's painless, small, but I've read that if it doesn't disappear in 14 days it might be a tumor. Nevertheless, a few days ago I started feeling something in my throat. Like a small piece of nut stuck in my throat that I couldn't swallow. I didn't pay much attention to it, but today I saw quite big bump in my throat near the tonsils. You can see it in this picture:

(you can also see something similar to oral candidiasis on my tongue, it's there for almost 3 months)

The bump looks like the a peach pit: it's a bit wrinkly. There are some visible blood-vessels on it (or inside of it, not sure, but they're visible).

I feel this bump every time I swallow saliva/food, but it's not painful. I've made an appointment with the dentist on the 21st of August, but I'm not sure if he/she will come up with the right diagnosis.. What do you guys think?

Thanks in advance,
Phas

P.S. I am 18 years old and I've smoked for 1.5 (one and a half) years. I'm not a heavy smoker, I smoke around 20-30 cigarettes a week. Sometimes even less. But I'm quitting now for sure.

EDIT: I also forgot to mention, that about 1-2 weeks ago I started feeling pain somewhere between my jaw and right ear whenever I moved my lower jaw to the left or clenched my teeth hard. The pain was quite strong at first, but now it hurts less.
