Do you do shakes or smoothies? If so do you have any good recipes with vegetables?
I was making lots of protein shakes/drinks; only difference to me was how much liquid and/or ice was in there; same protein powder in there more or less.

I need to be more regular even now about getting protein shake or two down in the morning but admittedly a bit lazy of late.

If you are having difficulty getting things down and to stay down generally means less is better. Packing more concentrated nutrition into the least volume is more desirable.

In that case, adding vegetables and other less caloric dense foods is not so desirable. Plus given your sensitivity to texture would have you wanting to really liquify what you consume. Powerful blenders such as the Vitamix will do the job, lesser units may leave sufficient texture that you may not like.

In any case, just make sure you are consuming enough liquid and calories any way you can get them down.
