I just made this and it went down easier than a lot of things have been. 1 box of macaroni and cheese(I used velveeta) 1 can of Cambell's chunky "Sirloin burger with country vegetables" Cook the macaroni and cheese as directed, then add the can of soup and heat, I also added a can of drained green beans for some extra vegetables, I am sure you could add whatever veggies or beans you wanted. Not gourmet but the taste was not to bad and it is pretty high in calories. I am all about cheap and easy meals right now since most of them go in the trash. It was "wet" enough that it went down fairly easy.
