HPV positive is a good thing, if so. As mentioned, maybe get a 2nd opinion at a top CCC mentioned in numerous posting here. BOT can be difficult to treat, stubborn, being the tumor can go deep in the structure, and treatments, surgery, can effect swallowing. Good luck.
