Has your treatment team given you a speech pathologist to work with you after the surgery? You may need help with speech clarity and pronouncing some words clearly depending upon how much tissue is removed. Its really hard to predict how your recovery will be as its all up to how involved the surgery is. If your doctors can give you prescriptions to pick up now that would be a big help.
