Welcome back. Since you are on familiar ground, go back to your first journey and the bouts of unknowing and reactive those strategies that helped you cope with the uncertainty and waits.

Trying to ask if it is cancer is not is really just going to f.. your mind, so work really hard to forget that question and find a way to coexist with the unknown for this coming week.

In the grand scheme of things a week is not so long and will be here in no time as long as you don't spend all your time fixated on it.
