He is getting treated at Florida Cancer Specialists and Research Institute. They are affiliated with Shands Hospital and the University of Florida. We didn't get a second opinion. We've heard good things about Moffitt, but they're pretty far from us, and for a while he was getting radiation daily, and we just couldn't go that far every day. FCS is closer, and we felt really good about the doctors there, and that they are working with Shands/UF.

Wife of Wayne, diagnosed in August 2012 with SCC stage 3 BOT, 8 weeks radiation/chemo in Aug-Oct 2012, currently in week 4 (as of Feb 2013) of 12-18 weeks of additional chemo.
