We would blend some of that with some frozen berries and add some heavy cream. Maybe get a juicer and try juicing a lot of veggies? I'm trying to think of things you can use with a straw. Will you later be able to open your mouth further? Can you chew? If so, maybe some scrambled eggs with some diced sauteed veggies? Eating is such a struggle for my husband as well since he doesn't have his saliva glands anymore. Like you, tomato based things are out of the question. We made potato soup. maybe if you blended it fairly well, you might be able to eat through a straw once it cools? I'm sure you've already thought of these, but if not, I hope this may help a little.
T3 N3 squamous cell carcinoma of the right base of tongue. He was treated with induction chemotherapy followed by definitive chemoradiation, which he completed in December 2010. non-smoker, non-drinker.
