I did not have radiation or any recent teeth extractions prior to my op, but also have a problem with moving teeth, plus my jaw is out of alignment. My operation was in May 2010 and I noticed that my teeth were moving in the November thereafter. They moved fast, my middle lower jaw teeth overlapped badly and an old extraction on the right handside closed. My op was done in the Uk and I returned to South Africa a month later. The ENT man was puzzled, I was sent to a Orthodontist who wired my front teeth to stop the shift. He said the moving teeth was caused because of the change in size of my tongue. I battle with my jaw being out of alignment as my upper and lower jaws don't rest together on my teeth. It's causing problems with sleeping, eating, digestion and is tiring. The ENT said that the reason for the jaw pulling out of alignment was because of tissue shrinkage. I am very hollowed out on the left where the lymph glands were removed.

I am sorry that I haven't more more of a solution for you but I will follow this thread and report back if I find anything helpful.
