I'm not familiar with a glossectomy, but if any of your teeth were ever removed, fell out, your teeth can shift from the gap, and may even be periodontal (gum) disease, other type infection. Maybe someone here can better help, and see your doctor, which seems in line to do with any oral changes, and suspicions, especially after cancer. Good luck.
