This is directed at EricS, but of course everyone's thoughts are welcome. I know there are lots of (mad) fitness addicts out there!
Eric, following your post yesterday on nutrition in LynneB's banana post, the next step is how to turn fat into muscle (my case as I still have a bit round my tummy)and how to build up muscle when weight gain is so difficult. So what is the advice? I do quite a lot of walking, and I'm building up to some long distance mountain walking again. I have also started yoga, which I am a great believer in but find very difficult as I am extremely stiff! I like the idea of exercise but not very keen on the pain involved and also struggle to find time to incorporate it regularly into the day So at 9mths out from treatment how do you recommend I start?
