Hi, Walt my husband used a scoop of Now Sports Natural Vanilla Whey protein in each of his shakes - along with a packet or two of Carnation Breakfast Essentials. Mixing in full fat vanilla ice cream also worked for him. Good luck and fingers crossed for you. Maria
