Hi Jamos

One of my suppliers gave me a book called
"100 Questions and Answers about Head and Neck Cancers" edited by Elise Carper, Kenneth Hu, Elena Kuzin.

I gave it to Alex who's response via email to me was
Am reading your book 100 questions......Excellent, I wish that,
a) It was available to us;
b)I had it earlier.
c) I wasn't so far gone that I could understand it.
Much better than the pamphlets put out by our mob.
OC in a easy to read book c/w with sage advice
the email isn't so easy to understand as Alex was suffering terribly from chemo side effects (confusion, concentration issues and memory loss from one minute to the next) but you get the gist

It is a book divided into issues faced by OC patients/survivors and their response. It has been vetted by healthcare professionals to ensure accuracy of the information.

We were so impressed with the book that we gave 2 copies to our Cancer Co-ordinator to pass on to newly diagnosed patients.

In Alex's befuddled state, it still only took him less than 24 hours to read
