I recommend Lance Armstrong's book "It's Not About the Bike". He's done so much for cancer patients and, at least imho, is getting railroaded by people out to crucify him.

The Pulitzer prize-winning "The Emperor of All Maladies" is fantastic. But not the easiest read.
