OP Contributing Member (25+ posts) Joined: Feb 2012 Posts: 25 | Maria, I make my own smoothies in the morning...frozen blueberries, banana, frozen pineapple chunks, whey protein, ground flax seed, Greek yogurt and green tea for the liquid. I would love recipes for other shakes and smoothies that would "work" for lunch and dinner because I know in a week or so liquids will be it.
