Since supplements are all over the map, in quality and strength, I am curious on how "they" (whoever "they" are) correlate the potential interactions. Certainly the supplement manufacturers are loath do perform efficacy studies (or any other form of scientific studies), relying on anecdotal and testimonial "evidence".
Those of us with HCV are even more challenged and oftentimes only an MO can determine the risks/benefits of certain liver damaging meds, in spite of the contraindications and precautions written by the pharma manufacturer.
