As for smoking, your body will take time to adjust and that depends on how quickly you normall heal. The good new is the ear pain etc.. -are responding to antibiotics. Even thelymph node this is a plus and indicates an infection. But definitely have it heckled out and finish the antibiotics. Take care and good luck.
