Joined: Jun 2007 Posts: 5,260 | In one week I hope to have that surgery to remove my jaw. The waiting gets to you at times but I have enjoyed every day of it all but this constant pain that doesn't let up. Even the methadone and percs sit back for it. Hooray for this feeding tube and it's letting me add some weight. I pray noone else has to go thru this torture. Luv Ya all.
Since posting this. UPMC, Pittsburgh, Oct 2011 until Jan. I averaged about 2 to 3 surgeries a week there. w Can't have jaw made as bone is deteroriating steaily that is left in jaw. Mersa is to blame. Feeding tube . Had trach for 4mos. Got it out April.
