Hi Mark - Dr Eric Carlson was my son's maxillofacial surgeon and I can tell you that he is very aggressive and is one of the very best. You are in good hands! That was five years ago and my son is doing just great now. He did not have your particular experience but I'm glad to see that others here have responded with experience similar to what you will be having.
