Try not to worry but do have it checked I think if you listen closely enough our body tells you what's up.. The question is do we lsten? Usually yes but maybe because you've been so preoccupied. Try not to worry as you said it could be scar tissue etc... And your ear could be an infection. Just wait until you see your dentist. But don't wait too long - to see your ENT I h suggests it. Hugs!
