They suggested Lubriderm and glaxal base - Lubriderm was too light ( great for after though!!)! But glaxal was perfect - thick - but not greasy - I used it from beginning to end - I would go in with a clean neck. When I was finished I'd hit the bathroom - rinse my mouth and plaster myself with the cream. I'd also do it after showers and before bed. It really helped. Im not sure if it's available in the states . Other people have raved about aquaphir - bought it but for me it was too greasy... Almost like a Vaseline. Good luck you're almost to the end!
