I am not going to tell you it will be easy. The first two to three weeks of rads are the easiest, then the side effects start showing up. After the three weeks I had to take a step back and rely on others to help with the kids. My kids would come and lay down in bed with me and we would watch TV together, but that was the extent of what I could do on some days. I also let them help when I was tube feeding so they could be a part of it all. They really though that was cool. It all depended on the pain level. If you can get the pain under control it will be a lot easier. Feel free to PM me if you need anything or have questions.
