BUT now I am taking care of myself Ron says I need to stay healthy so I can keep making money!nice of him huh? So I've finally decided to tackle my weight and cholesterol! I am back to lightly jogging on the treadmill. Tried on the pavement, bout killed my hips and knees which I killed from hitting the pavement doing 5k's 13 yrs ago. So I will only walk the dogs outside, I will keep my jogging on the treadmill. So 40lbs to lose! Doc wants to see my belly gone next apt, and I agree! Take care of you!
