My pre-treatment scans spotted nodules in my lungs, but the ENT's nurse told me that probably half the people in the waiting room would have something like that on a scan. In our case, they watch them, but rarely are they cancer, so I'm told. And, six months later, post-treatment, mine were nothing to be concerned about.
