Hi everyone! It's been awhile since I posted. At my follow-up PET scan in Dec they discovered some nodules in my lungs that they wanted to watch. My r/o said it was probably due to aspiration or some mild infection; my oncologist, who is a bit too forthright for me, said "If the nodules grow it is a metastasis." Not exactly what I wanted to hear. Well, I went back for another CT scan of my lungs last week, and things look good. It's just hard to put fears out of my head--I sometimes go to the worst scenario. I'm working on putting this disease in a drawer and shutting it!
