Thank you all so much for your replies and advice. I will schedule the biopsy. My main fear is gagging while he is in there. Front part of my tongue would be no problem. Which brings me to one more question. Should I have him biopsy both spots? The small skin tag looking spot is front of the tongue underneath. I will ensure that I post back on the results.
