I had a negative biopsy 2 years ago with no follow up even though the problem wasnt solved, my second biopsy 2 years later was cancerous. An my lesion wasn't ulcerated just sore off an on - and firm. Have it checked out it won't hurt you if it comes back negative, but could hurt you if it's positive and you don't catch it asap... Good luck!
