Joined: Apr 2007 Posts: 64 | I have a date with my surgeon to have this darned neuroma removed this Friday! Atleast I hope that is what it is. Both the needle biopsy and MRI were inconclusive so the surgery will tell the tale. With all this talk of recurrence, it kinda scares a gal!  Wish me luck!

mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the submandibular gland, 05/06, left neck dissection, gland and tumor removed, intermediate grade, margins negative, 9 lymph nodes negative, no rad, no chemo,
11/07 surgical biopsy of lymph node left neck, no cancer!
