I have a small amount of drainage too, maybe 1/4 teaspoon daily at the most. Its not smelly or a big deal. I use drain sponges and some antibiotic cream around the site and have no problems with it.

My tube is a J/G tube which has the main feeding part connected right past my stomach and inside the tube is another very skinny tube that goes into my stomach. The top is 3 pronged with the third part being for a needle to give meds.

If your tube is too loose then you would have more drainage. Best of luck with being able to have it removed.
