I do have to say I ignored the no work or too much of it, indoors or out. That was over 3 years and a few more surgeries, but I still do the work as it keeps me moving and alive. My Drs agree with my attitude now. And yes, I am no kid but a 74 yr old male that lives alone. I have lost over 80 lbs during this time, but besides the pain that never eases, I am very active. I am one that does everything for myself. I have nice adult kids, but it ie=s much easier to just go ahead and do what needs done than to wait. Waiting is the worst thing for me to do.
