We had 4th July celebration at my house and it was great seeing what good friends my son has. And it kept me busy, too so that was good. I'm trying to concentrate on a positive outcome with the CT scan but if the cancer has mets to the lungs, I think my son is in better shape to handle it than he was when he had the tongue cancer. I'm going online, too, to see what I can find out about lung cancer.
Anne-Marie CG to son, Paul (age 33, non-smoker) SCC Stage 2, Surgery 9/21/06, 1/6 tongue Rt.side removed, +48 lymph nodes neck. IMRTx28 completed 12/19/06. CT scan 7/8/10 Cancer-free! ("spot" on lung from scar tissue related to Pneumonia.)
