Although I havent posted on your thread, I wanted you to know I follow along with Clark's progress. Im always checking for an update.
Ive also had my jaw removed. I have a jaw made of steel. The first time it was done failed and a new flap was made from my pec tissue. This also causes me to have problems with my left arm/shoulder. My right arm has limited strength due to a large donor site for tendons.
