I previously had been told to use a water pik. This was something my ENT told me after I had finished chemo and rad the first time I had OC. You will be amazed at how much you can miss even when you think you have brushed and flossed to the best of your ability. If you get one, make sure to use it on the lowest setting. From what I have learned from a recent post, its possible to do some damage to your gums with a water pik.
