Great on volunteering. Just what I would expect from one of the first posters to put a Nietzsche quote into his signature line.
I hope that this prostate cancer project also has a strong "watch & wait" component in addition to the traditional race to surgery. If only oral cancer tumors were more like prostate cancer ones, where doing nothing is often a great & viable option. Where they do need surgery however, you can certainly speak from experience that they could have it so much worse.
