Contributing Member (25+ posts) Joined: Nov 2009 Posts: 33 | I was under the impression that during chemo-rad tx I would be able to claim short-term disability due to fatigue, throat, etc.
However, I'm just finding out right now that the rad DR treating me put "Not applicable" under "date patient was totally disabled unable to work".
I'm a programmer. I can't concentrate enough to be able to program.
Doesn't being in treatment qualify as short-term disability?
