Wow I can't beleive your heartless boss! I think here you could sue under the disabilty discimination act. Sick note who sits next to me at work and had 85 days sick last year (on top of her 25 days annual leave), because she has endomitriosis, is covered. She thinks I am her friend so showed me the letter and giggled. I was so angry, my company are cutting down the accountancy staff and they are too scared to touch her in case she sues. Who's most junior after that? ME! My boss said he would defend me if redundancies started so I should be relatively ok.
It's unfair how some people can get away with so much.
