Every time I get a new sore/sore area in my mouth, it seems to absorb a great deal of my attention. Sometimes I wonder if I make it worse by sticking my finger in my mouth incessantly. I have a new sore area on my tongue and I have an appointment on the 31st so until then I am trying very hard to just stay calm. For me, I try to "Let Go and Let God". That isn't easy to do but I think cancer teaches us that we are not the ones in control! We just do our best.
So glad I am not alone in my anxieties - now I just hope that you and I are normal!
