The whole reason cancer deaths have gone down is BECAUSE of the funded research. And what about the oral cancer which has gone up? My son's doctor told him that they are seeing more and more 20 and 30 year olds with oral cancer and its link to HPV. Good ol' GW's proposal doesn't seem to have an exit strategy. Is there somplace we can write to or email to protest the proposal or at least keep it on hold?

I received an email invitation from his LIVESTRONG site to join "the army" and make our voices heard. He has been doing many interviews/events directly related to these cuts. On a side bar...I truly admire Lance Armstrong and his accomplishment with Livestrong and that little thing he did on the bike in France wasn't bad either.
