"Piping Hot Tea" is a great one, whether true or not since if you just honestly deny smoking, you often get that "oh yeah sure" look from those who think they "know" only smokers and drunks get this. 65 yr Old Frack Stage IV BOT T3N2M0 HPV 16+ 2007:72GY IMRT(40) 8 ERBITUX No PEG 2008:CANCER BACK Salvage Surgery 25GY-CyberKnife(5) 3 Carboplatin Apaghia /G button 2012: CANCER BACK -left tonsilar fossa 40GY-CyberKnife(5) 3 Carboplatin Passed away 4-29-13

I nursed when I was a baby and my mother helped in the garden. The insecticides were on the veggies and she had to inhale the dust from them?? LOL Now really, that is plausible . Flying without wings is too.

22 year old Mormon, never smoked or drank. Diagnosed with SCC and we guess it was due to the ozone and ash from his primary occupation and a welder?
This is one factor that I have in common with him as I spent years running a carbon arc image burner. I can't say that was the only risk factor that I had, chemical gasses ... but an interesting connection.
Or maybe it's just the luck of the draw??

That this got published, and of course picked up by the main media has everyone in the oral cancer scientific community laughing.
